Eligibility is determined by BDO at the time of Balance Convert application. Qualified Cardholders will receive Viber, SMS or email (from BDO Deals) about the Promo with the applicable rate. 

A reference code is required to process the Balance Convert application. If no reference code has been received or has expired, call BDO Customer Contact Center at (02) 8631-8000 or 1-800-106318000 (Domestic Toll Free) to apply.

Installment Availment Fee

 

P250 for Peso account or USD10 for Dollar account

 

This will be charged for every approved Balance Convert application.
Installment Processing Fee 5% of the total remaining balance or P300 for Peso account or USD10 for Dollar account,  whichever is higher This will apply only to Installment Acceleration requests and will be charged after request has been approved.

 

NOTE: To avoid duplicate processing of Balance Convert request, please ensure that conversion request is made through only
one application channel. Application status will be sent via SMS using registered mobile number after 5
banking days.
 
 
Any availment made thru other channels may result to double processing and that the cancellation, if there is any, may be charged an Installment Processing fee of 5% of the total remaining balance or P300 for PHP-denominated transactions or USD10 for USD-denominated transactions, whichever is higher.
